Shipping
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Services
We offer the following shipping options via UPS to meet your delivery needs:
- UPS Ground Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days after processing, depending on the destination. This is an economical option for non-urgent orders.
- UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping: Delivery within 2 business days after processing, providing a faster option for those who need their order sooner.
- UPS Next Day Air Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day after processing, ideal for urgent orders.
Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free UPS Ground Shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. All available shipping options and costs will be displayed for you to select during checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak shopping periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method:
- UPS Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are in addition to the 1-3 day processing period.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
Returns
Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom products items marked as final sale.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@vitalvibehealthnfitness.com]. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
