Returns

• Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. This includes:

  • Original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear.

  • Please note, returns must be initiated within the 30 day window.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain items, particularly if they are returned in non-original packaging or show signs of handling.

• Condition of Items: If the returned item is not in its original condition (damaged, worn, or missing parts not due to our error), only a partial refund may be granted.
  

Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

To process an exchange for the same item:

3. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and send a replacement item of the same size, color, and style.
4. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund.
